With over 25 years in real estate and 22 years in mortgages, Darick is mortgage broker owner with Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group. He is also a private mortgage lender and property developer, specializing in small infill residential projects.

A Wilfrid Laurier University graduate, Darick holds the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation, a Real Estate Broker’s License, and has completed advanced financial courses, including the Canadian Investment Funds Course and Canadian Securities Course. He also served on the Board of Directors for Canadian First Financial Centres.
